In RE the children have been learning about the god Ganesh, this week we used paper cups and some jewels to make our own Ganesh.

Our trip to the Space Centre
Yesterday 2E went on a trip to the Space centre. The pupils had so much fun exploring the ball pit, slide, sound steps and various lights and interactive sounds with their friends. Everyone had a brilliant time! Thank you to the Rotary club for our visit.

DT Tower
In DT 2E have been learning lots of new paper skills such as cutting, folding, rolling etc. We used these new skills to build our own mini Blackpool tower!

The colour monster!
In Drama, we had our emotions visit us! We listened to the colour monster and then acted out each feeling using our facial expressions.

After singing nursery rhymes 2E were introduced to harambe drums and played a simple rhythm.

2E Morning Minibeast Hunt.
2E enjoyed a minibeast hunt in the Berry building mud kitchen area.
They explored the different habitats that insects might live in and found ladybirds, worms, slugs, woodlice and a centipede.
Pupils returned all insects back to nature and washed their hands afterwards.
